These cats are 'dogs
As players in our charity pro football underdog game get into the rhythm of the season, they shouldn't overlook the Thursday night game, which could sneak up on a person so soon after the previous week's final contest on Monday night. Tonight's underdog is the Detroit Lions, who will earn players 4½ points with a win in Buffalo against the Bills. If Detroit's your pick for the week, players, email it in to dogpdx26@gmail.com by kickoff time, 5:20 Pacific Time this afternoon.
All other picks this week are due Sunday at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time.
We now have 23 confirmed contestants in our game, and with little scoring in Week 1 (the big 'dog got away), it's still anyone's season. That includes anyone who jumps on board now in Week 2. For details on how to play our game, contact dogpdx26@gmail.com.
