Sum it up

No offense, folks, but Oregon's official state motto is for the birds. It goes back to 1854, and even then it got replaced for a while with "the Union," which isn't even a sentence. The motto is "Alis volat propriis," which gets translated to "She flies with her own wings." Actually, there's no gender in it at all, and so it could be "he" or "it" doing the flying.

But let's leave the pronouns out of this, shall we? It's obviously time for a whole new saying, something more modern, maybe even meme-worthy. What should Oregon's motto be nowadays?
