I just noticed, our bill for natural gas was exactly the same amount two months in a row.

    Same in Lake Oswego. No PDX franchise fee, no multcoTax, but flat billing - basically for minimum use of our gas water heater.

    I noticed over $6.00 in taxes, fees and charges.
