Just wait till the winter camping season begins and they start toasting marshmallows over a roaring fire, as the smell of crack pipes waft into the chilly night sky. Apologies to all those that have been abandoned by Homeless inc.

ReplyDeleteI'm sure the City & the State DEQ will immediately get that all-cleaned-up and keep it out of the river.
