    This set from "MTV Unplugged" is a fine example of some of Bennett's best work. He's def past his prime her but nonetheless still has his chops. If you're interested, you can get the CD at

      Tony had more than a decade of great work ahead of him after this. We saw him a couple of times at the Schnitzer during that period, and he was fantastic. His Jerome Kern album, released in 2015 but recorded a few years earlier, is really good. He performed almost to the end, and I'm sure the last shows were a bit of a wreck. But he was legitimately knocking them dead until he was around 80 years old.

    Frank sold more records. But, Tony was the best in the business.
