The platform used for this blog is awfully wonky when it comes to comments. It may work for you, it may not. It's a Google thing, and beyond my control. Apologies if you can't get through. You can email me a comment at jackbogsblog2@gmail.com and if it's appropriate, I can post it here for you.
Are ”DJ Action Slacks” those double knit ones from the disco era?
ReplyDeleteFor the years cited, I would think they are bell bottoms. We shall see.
DeleteDon't forget the polyester print shirts

DeleteNah! In the 1968-74 era, it was all denim, with lots of embroidered patches, or just patches. You young kids only know disco, which was 76 or 77 onward. 1968 was still in the "back to the farm" era, when all natural was very important. (It's organic, man...) Even the Bell Bottoms had to be cotton or wool. (Hate to admit it but I had a pair of all natural suede bells in 1969!)
