Just for the record, they released new numbers in the Portland City Council election on Wednesday, which was after the deadline for fixing ballot signature discrepancies passed. The results didn't change, and neither did the way the "rank choice" business played out. I wrote about the results most recently here, and I've got nothing more to say at this point except maybe another "Yuck."

The final certified numbers are scheduled to be posted on Monday.
