Surprise
It takes a heck of a lot to get me to sit through a punk album. But this one, which is new, is actually good. Just hardcore enough.
I thought I'd sample a few tracks, then turn off the noise and go on with other things. Instead I wound up listening all the way through. It's a hoot, although not safe for work in any way, shape, or form.

ReplyDeleteHaven’t they been around for years? I seem to remember their antics. I was in at the very start of Portland punk, but more of an observer. I remember going to the original Urban Noize club and seeing stuff like The Cleavers and The Wipers. Strange times indeed.
ReplyDeleteI kinda lost interest once the skinheads came on the scene, though I did know quite a few of those types from friends bands. Most of them were pretty harmless and also liked hard rock stuff.
