American political cartooning is about as good as its movie making.
ReplyDeleteExcept Ramirez. He towers over the Marvel comics landscape that is the drone cartooning of mainstream print media. I would pick the non-entity Ohman as representative of the drone class. He ensured Pelosi, Sharpton, Hilly, Goldschmidt etc. had a shield or crutch to lean upon.
When Ohman replaced The Oregonians long time political cartoonist, (whose name I can no longer remember but who had a huge private office at the big O). I congratulated him on his work because at least his cartoons were funny.
