Stop the presses!
With drug addicts killing themselves in record numbers every day on the streets of Oregon cities, and with the state ranking ninth-worst in the country for syphilis infections, it's gratifying to see the state health department bureaucrats focusing on the most pressing issues at hand.
And don't forget, Tuesday is Tax Day.
The people to whom they report are more interested in continuing their pay check than solving the important problems.
