Welcome to Loserville

There are so many nut cases roaming the streets of Portland these days. Profoundly mentally ill people, and hard-core drug addicts. Many are not local products; they're streaming into Portland from all over.

The lunatic who bit the old man's face off on the train platform?

In interviews with law enforcement, [Koryn] Kraemer said he tried to kill the victim because he believed he was a “robot,” adding he was sure he was robotic because of how he “smelled.”

Kraemer further stated that he spit out the flesh of the victim that he had consumed and that the responding law enforcement had saved his life by separating him from ‘the robot,’" the Multnomah County DA's Office said....

Kraemer recently moved to Portland from Georgia, police officials said. He initially identified himself to arresting officers as "El Baker."

Here he is.

And the clown who burned down the old Korean church?

[Cameron] Storer allegedly entered the Multnomah County Detention Center and confessed to setting the fire. They told authorities they wanted to “take credit” for the fire, sharing they set the fire with a Bic lighter and heard voices in their head saying they would “mutilate” Storer if they did not burn the church down. Storer also reported taking approximately 10 oxycodone daily due to a previous injury and that they had a history of schizophrenia....

The suspect has no prior record in Oregon and says they moved from another state about a year ago. They told detectives they were taking about 10 oxycodone pills per day for a previous injury and had a history of schizophrenia.

Here "they" are. "They" apparently prefer to go by the name of Nicolette Fait. Whatevs, dude.

When you legalize street drugs, dismantle half the police force, villainize property owners and other regular people, and normalize street camping, this is what you get: a self-reinforcing reputation as a haven for undesirable people. Which is what Portland is now. It really needs to change before every last normie runs for the 'burbs.

On a related note, I see that the smug faculty brat from New Jersey who took frequent breaks from his Reed College anthropology studies to participate nightly in the destruction of downtown during the riots has gotten off with a slap on the wrist from the county's cartoon district attorney. Eighty hours of community service. And he's in the paper bad-mouthing the deal. Another fine import, proof that the scuzz gravitating to Portland these days knows no class boundaries.

  1. Cameron/Nicolette has a glazed “What, me worry?” look on they/them’s face. Pretty sure they has enough drugs in their system to last a good week or so.

  3. it would be so nice if these psychos would actually be locked up for an appropriate length of time. I do not care if they are "rehabilitated" prior to the length of their term. Do the crime, do the time.

  4. Hammett had a fictional town named Poisonville. Claimed the setting was Montana. Some think it was really about Portland.

  5. Repeal of Ballot Measure 110 is a must if Oregon is to survive!

    1. Rescinding 110 is a start but we need a viable political party focused on prosecuting crimes (without all the GOP baggage).

Who wants to help me gather signatures to form the "Let's Throw the Fuckers in Prison" Party?

    2. The embarrassing failure of Betsy Johsnon's gubernatorial campaign tells me that it would be an uphill battle.

    3. Some people feel that drug users are victims.
Don’t count me as someone that feels that way.

The platform used for this blog is awfully wonky when it comes to comments. It may work for you, it may not. It's a Google thing, and beyond my control. Apologies if you can't get through. You can email me a comment at jackbogsblog@comcast.net, and if it's appropriate, I can post it here for you.
