Bang bang, another killing in broad daylight

This one was at Dawson Park, just a block from Emanuel Hospital.  Not the first time there, either.  The over/under for homicides in Portland this year is currently 130.

Commissioner Carmen "Chainsaw" Rubio is sending her precious park rangers over to help the neighbors cope. I am not making that up. What a wonderful use of public safety money.
