Underdog players alert
A few things for players in our charity pro football prediction game to note:
First, if you want tonight's 'dog, the Chargers of L.A., your pick is due at 5:20 p.m. PST today.
Second, there are two Saturday games this week, and if you want either of those, your pick must be received by kickoff time of the game you choose. All Sunday and Monday picks are due by 10:00 a.m. PST on Sunday.
Finally, so many American professional athletes are testing positive for Covid right now that it's within the realm of possibility that an NFL game could be scratched pretty soon. The rules of our game allow you to make a clearly designated backup pick in case your game doesn't go off. You might want to take advantage of that option this week.
UPDATE, 8:35 p.m.: Eric took the Chargers, unfortunately for him.
