Not gonna happen
Well, Danny Ainge isn't going to stay retired. He's getting right back into managing an NBA team.
But sadly, it isn't going to be the Trail Blazers. He's going to run the Utah Jazz.
Do you think the Blazers even called him? Sometimes you wonder if they're that smart.
But if they did, I know Ainge isn't dumb enough to have returned the call. The current trajectory of the Jazz is upward. The current trajectory of the Blazers clearly is not.
Who will take charge of the Blazers' basketball operations? Hard to tell. This guy is available.
