Skarlatos skandal
The tighty-righty hero veteran trying to get elected to Congress down in De Fazio Country finds himself in a harsh spotlight this week. Apparently it's on account of his setting up a nonprofit, transferring leftover campaign cash to it from the last election cycle, then taking some of the money out of the nonprofit and back into the campaign.
Something ain't right there. But do you think they care in, say, Roseburg?
Having lived for 41 years in Douglas county, albeit only a mile south of the Lane county line (where civilization ends), I completely agree with your Portland perspective, that: "Here be Dragons"...
