Mid-Atlantic mess
The tropical storm known as Ida isn't a hurricane any more, but it's flooding the northeast pretty badly. A New Jersey correspondent stepped outsde the front door to see this a little while ago:
They got something like 10 inches of rain in four hours. Glub! Unprecedented.
It's almost as if the climate is changing or something.
