Jo Ann Hardesty doesn't get it.
Carmen Rubio doesn't get it.
So it's up to Dan Ryan to figure out where Portland is going. I hope he wakes up soon.
The Portland cops are atrocious, but not having cops, which is where we are now, is not an option. If you can't break, or outsmart, the police union, then let's get on with something else.
