It got worse

 I wrote the other day about how wasteful it is for the Portland transportation bureaucrats to be pumping out "Sunday Parkways" literature, when in fact no such event has taken place for two entire summers. I had received a ludicrous one-page flyer that had precious little to do with transportation.

Well, look what the postman brought today:

The city is literally coming apart at the seams, and this is what we're spending time and money on. Disgraceful.
