In Portland, 911 doesn't answer
Dear Lord, how bad can a local government get?
When you call 911 in Portland these days, it may take 15 minutes for anyone to answer.
The politicians and bureaucrats here have always been pretty bad, but where we are now is really beyond the pale.
They can't even get 911 to work. But they're building those bike bridges galore.
Please, somebody with a brain and some guts, take this crapshow over and start straightening it out.
