I see that the revolving door at Dud Wheeler's office continues to spin at high speed.

Stephanie Lourenco will serve as a senior adviser for community safety, the mayor’s office confirmed to The Oregonian/OregonLive on Wednesday.

She replaces Robert King, also a retired Portland police captain and onetime president of the city’s police union, who left City Hall in July after two years in that role....

Tom Miller recently began a six-month, $91,000 stint as the mayor’s director of livability, while Lennox Wiseley starts later this month as Wheeler’s new communications director and will earn $110,000 a year.

Miller, an executive recruiter and management consultant for Ralph Andersen & Associates, previously served as chief of staff for former Portland Mayor Sam Adams as well as director for the Portland Bureau of Transportation.

Oh good, Creepy Sam is putting the band back together. And...

Wiseley is a California-based communications professional and reality television producer whose credits include “Little People, Big World,” “The Millionaire Matchmaker” and “The Great Food Truck Race."

So many comings and goings. But it's not because anyone's too worried about the mayor being recalled from office. From all accounts, so far the recall effort is an even bigger flop than Wheeler is.
