Another apple is "under investigation." This time it's a Multnomah County corrections deputy, identified as Robert J. Haney, and the problem is alleged "misuse" of vaccination cards.
And what a surprise! He lives in Clark County, Washington.
Yep, it's the old "paid administrative leave," for the past two weeks and change. He had great weather, didn't he?
