How dare they!

There's a strange story in this week's Weed. It reveals that, OMG, the Portland cops have undercover snitches in the riot crowds! It's "striking"! It's "completely bizarre"!

Give me a break. The only thing it is, besides basic police work, is long overdue.

I guess that in some aging publications, "black bloc" must become the norm, and competent law enforcement must become the craziness that needs to be watched carefully. The folks at the Weed may want to try laying off their favorite product for a while and regaining their senses.
