Here's an odd tweet from our governor:
Thanks to Oregonians, it looks like we’ve crossed the tipping point of the 4th surge. Our hospitalization rates have stabilized. Our infection rates are on a downward trajectory. And in the race between vaccines & variants, our efforts to vaccinate Oregonians are taking the lead.

She drops this on a day when the state reported 16 new Covid deaths, the worst single-day report in a month and change, and on a day when the number of intensive care unit patients across the state with confirmed or suspected Covid jumped by 9, from 81 to 90.
