What???
It's outrageous. It's unbelievable.
I'm talking about this story. The Portland Business Alliance has been lobbying City Hall and not filing the required reports with the city auditor. And they got away with a slap on the wrist.
What I can't believe is that the PBA has been lobbying City Hall. You would never know it by driving around town. Legally or not, they are breaking all-time world records for worthless lobbying.
