Quick translation

The Dairy Heir – the guy who got maced by Portland Mayor F. Ted Wheeler in the McMenamin's parking lot – has released a statement. I believe it boils down to, "Please don't file a complaint with the State Bar."

Turns out, the whole incident was just a Communication Breakdown Burger.

The run-in might actually have helped the mayor's image. But the fact that he was out drinking with Former Mayor Creepy cancels out that effect, and then some.

Comments

  1. He went from trying to collect the mayor's receipts as evidence of intoxication and saying "the Mayor needs to be held accountable" to "Let's put this all behind us" within 36 hours. Sounds like his pissed-off partners and the PR flack that was hired made quick work of him. As someone else pointed out, this is further evidence that Portland has turned into a bizarre edition of Madlibs.

    1. The funniest part is expecting anyone at a McMenamin's to be able to bring you a tab.

    2. Haha. Isn't that the truth.

  2. What I find incredulous is that these two Oregon heirs didn't already know each other.
