Have a great weekend

  1. Damn good note for note tribute. Pretty daunting to try to stay on Skunk Baxter's improv runs on that one.

  2. A true song about a drug bust at Bard College in Annendale-On-Hudson, New York involving the founding members of Steely Dan. The weirdest detail is that the local prosecutor - referred to as Daddy Gee in this - was none other than G. Gordon Liddy of Watergate fame.

  3. That was the song that made me a Steely Dan-head for good. Then when Katy Lied came up, I was done for. Such masterpieces.

The platform used for this blog is awfully wonky when it comes to comments. It may work for you, it may not. It's a Google thing, and beyond my control. Apologies if you can't get through. You can email me a comment at jackbogsblog@comcast.net, and if it's appropriate, I can post it here for you.
