Bobbleheads on parade

We haven't voted yet, and folks think we might still be undecided. So the mailman keeps bringing it.

It's like the Last Supper, except that it's the taxpayers who get crucified the day after the election.

Nolan has definitely got some money to play with here. Do you think the people it came from will want it back somehow?

Beware Metro. It needs to be defunded. As between Nolan and Smith, pick your poison.

  1. Nolan received $19,000 from the Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors, which probably had something to do with her comments at the City Club Debate in which she demurred on whether she'd expand the Urban Growth Boundary or not.

Say what you will about Chris, but he's run a grassroots campaign and voluntarily capped his donations at $500 a piece for the primary and general. He's got nearly 700 donors, with a median donation size of $44.

    1. The developers win either way. Just wave "green" in front of Chris, and he'll go for anything. Cr-apartments über Alles!

The platform used for this blog is awfully wonky when it comes to comments. It may work for you, it may not. It's a Google thing, and beyond my control. Apologies if you can't get through. You can email me a comment at, and if it's appropriate, I can post it here for you.
