Looks like the Mercy is coming to Portland next week


We've been wondering what the Navy hospital ship Mercy has been doing circling around off the north Oregon coast. From the people at the coast who oughta know comes this report:


Rose Festival Fleet Week it isn't, but I wonder what happens at Swan Island. Repairs, presumably?

    Used to be a dry-dock at Swan island - don't know if there is now.
